Prices and Payment


All prices are in £ sterling and I am not a VAT registered organisation. Full cleared payment is required before your order is dispatched.


Puppet, Plays and Story Days accept the following methods of payment:

  • Invoice
  • Cheque
  • Paypal
  • Credit card/debit card (via online purchase)

 

Invoice
Only School, Councils and approved organizations will be invoiced on request. Please post or email your order on headed paper or Official Purchase Order.


Cheque
Puppets, Play and Story Days can only accept cheques in UK Pounds sterling. Please make cheques payable to ‘Puppets, Plays and Story Days’ and post to: Puppets, Plays and Story Days, 14 Inglefield Close, Beverley, East Ridings, HU17 8XG

 

Paypal/Credit Card/Debit Card
Payment can be made via the secure payment facility upon checkout.

 

 

Delivery

 

We will dispatch products within two weeks of receiving the order. Products currently in stock will be dispatched within 2 days. You will be notified by email or phone of any items that are out of stock and when you can expect them to be delivered.

 

Orders for standard delivery are sent by Royal Mail or Courier Service.

 

Delivery to the UK:

  • Orders up to £9.99 = £1.50 P+P
  • £10.00 to £19.99 = £2.50 P+P
  • £20.00 to £29.99 = £3.50 P+P
  • £30.00 to £39.99 = £4.50 P+P
  • £40.00 to £74.99 = £5.50 P+P
  • £75.00 to £149.99 = £6.50 P+P
  • Over £150.00 = FREE

 

Other countries:
For delivery to other countries, please contact us, either by email at or by phone (0044) 01482 860513 stating which products you would like to buy and we will advise you of the charge to be applied.

 

 

Purchasing

 

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our website, click the "Buy" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Buy ", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt and details of your order. Confirmation emails will also be sent to you on payment and dispatch of your order. For security reasons your order data is not accessible via the internet. We keep this data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

 

 

Cancellation

 

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.

 

 

Returns Policy

 

Goods can be returned to us at Puppets, Plays and Story Days, 14 Inglefield Close, Beverley, East Ridings, HU17 8XG.


Postage will be at your expense, unless the return is due to a fault in our processing or a fault in the product, in which case please ring us prior to posting. In all cases please provide a copy of your receipt, your reason for returning the product and your full contact details.

If you wish to exchange a product due to no fault of Puppet, Plays and Story Days, we will need to charge for this additional postage, which will be calculated as before on a weight and packaging basis. If there is a price difference between the products being exchanged, we will issue a refund or charge the additional cost accordingly.

We will only issue a refund or dispatch an alternative product once we have received the original item.

Puppets, Plays and Story Days cannot be held responsible for goods being returned until they have reached us. It is advised that you ask for a proof of postage for any items being returned.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
